Make a mobile version of the site
This would be ideal for WinMo users or users of "dumbphones" that have web browsers.

allow smaller/international chains to add their logos
As a big coffee fan in Amsterdam, NL, I just added a few coffee places. It would be great if the chain ones (www.coffeecompany.nl) would have their logo on the cups. Just allow shop/chain owners to upload an image, do some moderation and use those images...

Go International!
Open the tool up to other countries please - England needs this and I'm sure other countries do too - at the moment I can't enter coffee shops in London because the form says I need to specify zip code and state.

show on a user's profile the locations she has added
I just spent almost an hour adding lots of Minneapolis coffeeshops, but there's no attribution. It would be nice!

allow for user-placement of location
For some locations, a street address is not available or not practical for the placement of the coffee shop's location. In such cases, it's useful to allow a user to place a marker on a map to indicate location.
For myself in particular, I would like to add a shop that is in Tianjin, China, but the address is not compatible with the system's pre-designed address system, so it would be easier for me to just be able to place the location marker on a map on my own.
